Great customer service. They helped set up my new phone and helped transfer everything from my old one. They also told me of other promotions going on so when I left i left with a new phone, a new watch, a new phone plan, and accessories to boot. If your looking to buy a new phone or get a new plan, I highly suggest this place. You won't be disappointed!

Came in to check on a new device and possibly get service. Unfortunately corporate doesn't let them verify discounts anymore nor do the associates care to walk you through the process. Sometimes they have some decent local sign up perks but otherwise it's Verizon with only marginally better coverage than their competition at about twice the price.
For the moment I don't recommend them as they will not give you your account number and anything you set up in store has to be reset anyways.

My husband and I visited the store on Vendor way to upgrade his device for Father's Day. As we pulled in 2 employees were sitting on the couch in the front window as if they were on a nap break. Upon entering the store we were reluctantly greeted by Cheyenne who obviously would have preferred to be doing anything other than helping us. She offered no advice, no info on the phone and was honestly just rude.
I have been a loyal customer for at least 30 years. Verizon is the only carrier I have ever used. Between the interaction at the store and multiple days without service recently, it may be a signal that it is time to move on.

I just had the most mind numbing, terrible service experience that I've ever had. The girl who helped us, who never offered her name but sports black and red acrylic nails and long, blonde hair:
1. Was absolutely disinterested in either being helpful or showing any interest in doing her job whatsoever.
2. Was unhelpful regardless of the issue (we brought up two) and made absolutely no effort to educate herself as to what Verizon offers, what customers are paying for, and what that means for her store.
3. Was honestly just rude and terrible to deal with.
I left unhelped, angry, and wondering if Verizon is really worth how much more I pay compared to other carriers...
Edited to Add: I called customer service and got all my questions answered. Neither issue was, quote unquote, resolved necessarily. But, he explained everything fully, was pleasant and nice to deal with, and went out of his way to educate himself when he didn't immediately know the answer. Which goes to show: Verizon is actually teaching their employees to help their customers...this store just isn't.

Never pen reviews, but, folks, I have to say that Quentin is fantastic! This busy man spent hours with my husband and tried all tricks on his bag to find forgotten passwords, pin numbers, etc. The hubby inadvertently tossed his phone in the rubbish fire. Yep! Quentin earns his title as Solutions Manager. The man truly cares about his customers. Big kudos for Quentin.
