The customer service at the Leestown location is lacking. I have worked in a pharmacy for many years and in person customers always came first. The staff should always work as a team and be mindful of how long customers are waiting especially when you have 5 people working. It took someone 5 minutes to tell the customers sorry I will be right with you. They need to do better. I will be moving to a different pharmacy.

Very poor experience. I went to get a passport-size photo taken and requested a digital copy. I had to go back four times because it was never ready when promised. After wasting nearly two hours over two days, I was finally told they can’t even edit the digital passport photo. This should have been communicated from the start. The employees were trying their best.Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid if you value your time, money, and need a reliable service.

The manager is always incredibly rude, and seems childish towards other employees. Will NOT be coming back anytime soon until it’s fixed.

As other reviews have stated, the manager or store owner, is super rude to employees and acts like they have to work like robots, I believe by the name Alanna or something, didn’t catch the name tag quick enough.
Upsets me greatly to see how the employees are treated when I shop here.

Everyone at this Walgreens have always been very nice and get you in and out in a timely fashion! BUT, some of y’all are very rude to the employees and need to understand that they may not have more than 2 people working at a time so y’all need to chill out!

I ordered document printing. Went to pick it up. They had lost it and were out of paper to reprint it. I asked for a coupon to print it at another store and they said no.

Took my 11 year old bonus daughter to the Towne Center Drive in Lexington, KY yesterday looking for press on nails. While we were there, an associate was stocking the cosmetic area and mentioned to us that there was a brand up front in a different section we should check out. I asked about the type and she mentioned it’s name was Olive & June, which I hadn’t heard before and she showed me to the entire Olive & June section which somehow we had missed. We got so excited about it! So many to choose from, great sets, plus regular varnish, nail strengthener, cuticle remover, and press on remover kits! We ended up buying much more than we had planned but were so impressed by the quality of the product the choices we couldn’t help ourselves. All of this thanks to the associate who was willing to help us without being asked to. Best experience I’ve ever had at a drug store hands down.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Avoid this Walgreens location like the plague. The cashier attempted to secretly scan an item for herself, then proceeded to deny it as I watched it all happen. The manager is practically useless. WON'T BE BACK!! Super trashy. Yuck

Me and my father visited your store today and we wanted to contact you about an employee, I went in first and was greeted as soon as a walked in by Kassidy with a bright smile and welcome to our store. I said thank you and then when my dad came in and found me he commented also on how nice she was to him when he walked in the store. No matter what kind of day a person is having good or bad it was like the sun coming out on a cloudy day to be met with a nice smile and a warm greeting.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for literally years as I live down the street. I also regularly shop this Walgreens and I love the store employees. I understand everybody has a bad day sometime, but the amount of rudeness from multiple employees while having to call and check the status of a prescription, and then the process of picking it up, is insane. If you’re unhappy with your job, please find other employment that will fulfill you. The store associate that rang my other purchase up actually told me that other people had complained this day as well, not about wait times, but about rudeness of the pharmacy staff.

Kayla’s customer service is awful. Walgreens Photos offers the option of going through the drive-through, however, if you do that at this store, Kayla will act like you are nothing but a problem. When I Tried to explain that I paid for my order on the app, she dismissed me by saying that I had selected curbside, which is not a selection that I had made. What an awful person, and what awful customer service. I hope she gets written-up to ensure kindness to other customers in the future.
