“The people are what makes this place the perfect experience. They have a good selection but to be greeted with such southern hospitality really made the outing. Kind conversation and just a good old time friendly feel. Went in looking for some daily drivers, bought two pairs of boots which is hard to find stock for a size 13, love them both. Certainly will be back. Well run establishment.”

“Make sure you call for a reservation. We waited a few hours once we arrived and were added to the wait list. Choices were spectacular! We drove 3 hours away to shop for a prom dress and then waited a few hours to get in and it was a difficult decision because so many size 00 to size 2 dresses were available. The staff treated the guests in the store like gold. 33 dressing rooms were full of teens eager to find their prom dresses. The dress she picked out was one the sales clerk brought down from upstairs once she knew what size and style were appealing. Definitely will return!!!”

“Not only are the products beautiful and high-quality, the customer service is above and beyond. I am engaged and registered for several patterns of Pomegranate Inc.’s beautiful napkins through my 3rd party registry. Despite my registry not being directly associated with the company, they were more than helpful when my guests mistakenly purchased the wrong pattern, or failed to notify my registry of the correct amount purchased (leading to double buying). Isaac from customer care helped me track down and sort through orders and promptly exchanged any sets that did not fit what we had requested for those that did. They were not required to do this since I wasn’t the original buyer, so I was blown away with how accommodating, quick, and professional they were. My fiancé and I look forward to enjoying our gorgeous napkins at dinner for many years to come.”
“I visited the Feyette mall location today; the best experience I've had at any clothing store EVER! Since COVID my body has been going through changes and shopping for plus size clothes has been a newer thing for me. I've lost some confidence in the way my body looks when trying on the clothes I use to be able to wear. Usually in Victoria's Secret or H&M I leave empty handed and feeling self conscious and unhappy, all the effort put into trying on things that don't fit my body and even though they say they are plus size friendly they never have anything in stores that fit, I'm always met with "order it online". At Torrid I had a lady by the name of Alicia who helped me with sizing, made some recommendations after discussing things in clothes I'm looking for and overall she made the experience so much easier for me. Sizing from store to store for women is different everywhere you go. She was able to suggest some size recommendations which helped me so much! Especially with my first ever visit with Torrid. I tried on a total of 10 different items of clothing! And I liked what I saw in the mirror, I felt confident about the way I looked. I also really liked the personal touch of writing my name on the dressing room door in expo marker. And for the first time in a long time, I left a dressing room with a smile on my face. I'm so glad to have had Alicia there for my first experience at Torrid. She helped me from the moment I walked in till the moment I left, she helped me with sizing, style, functionality and she also helped me with saving some money with combining some deals they had going on. She also helped me sign up with the Torrid credit card, saving 40% off my transaction once I was approved! I will definitely be back redeeming and stacking up more points and rewards with my new Torrid credit card!! Here is a picture of me trying on a swim suit during my visit!
