A young gentleman named Chris was helping me and encouraged me to let him check my size. He measured my foot went up a size in length and down a size in width and they fit like a glove. Super comfortable from the jump. I've worn a 11.5 EE for over 10 years, I'll bout a 12 D and they're perfect. These folks know what they're talking about. Tell us what you like, what you don't, the use case and let'em do their thing you won't be disappointed. I'll drive the an hour and a half to bring my wife back for hers. Thanks guys !”

“I visited the Feyette mall location today; the best experience I've had at any clothing store EVER! Since COVID my body has been going through changes and shopping for plus size clothes has been a newer thing for me. I've lost some confidence in the way my body looks when trying on the clothes I use to be able to wear. Usually in Victoria's Secret or H&M I leave empty handed and feeling self conscious and unhappy, all the effort put into trying on things that don't fit my body and even though they say they are plus size friendly they never have anything in stores that fit, I'm always met with "order it online". At Torrid I had a lady by the name of Alicia who helped me with sizing, made some recommendations after discussing things in clothes I'm looking for and overall she made the experience so much easier for me. Sizing from store to store for women is different everywhere you go. She was able to suggest some size recommendations which helped me so much! Especially with my first ever visit with Torrid. I tried on a total of 10 different items of clothing! And I liked what I saw in the mirror, I felt confident about the way I looked. I also really liked the personal touch of writing my name on the dressing room door in expo marker. And for the first time in a long time, I left a dressing room with a smile on my face. I'm so glad to have had Alicia there for my first experience at Torrid. She helped me from the moment I walked in till the moment I left, she helped me with sizing, style, functionality and she also helped me with saving some money with combining some deals they had going on. She also helped me sign up with the Torrid credit card, saving 40% off my transaction once I was approved! I will definitely be back redeeming and stacking up more points and rewards with my new Torrid credit card!! Here is a picture of me trying on a swim suit during my visit! They had a sign saying All short sleeve tees 2 for 25. Nothing posted about excluding sizes. They charge me $34. I questioned the lady and she said it's because extended sizes are not included. This is our 3rd time shopping there and probably our last. If the sale excludes sizes it needs to be posted.”

“With being a tall/curvy female, Buckle is the only company that I will buy pants and shorts from. Since my inseam is so long the styles I pick usually have to be ordered (which is totally fine). All of the employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. I would like to especially thank Alyssa for helping me each time I come in to try on my orders and switch them out if needed. It makes it easier for me to work with the same person each time so I don't have to re-explain what I like. Alyssa does amazing with helping me pick out styles that fit my build. I will continue to ask for her when I go in to shop!”

“I had a great experience today at Soma! Terra helped get me fitted and found the perfect options for me without any upselling or pressure to buy. I had a lot of anxiety about going in for a fitting, especially since I have some asymmetry after weaning my firstborn, but the staff at Soma made the whole process smooth and enjoyable! “Stylist Ally was great! I have a difficult body to dress due to my shape and she helped me for quite a while until I found exactly what I needed. I had intended to visit a few other stores before making any purchases but in the end I was so happy with what the store had to offer and with what Allie helped me to find but I felt no need to go elsewhere. I did end up needing a Taylor and Allie suggested her favorite place which was located within 10 minutes of the Lexington Green location. The Taylor that she suggested was also incredibly professional and helpful. Overall I had a good experience and the next time that I need a specific article of clothing I will visit White House Black Market first. In the past I've only purchased two or three other articles of clothing from this company but every time the clothing has held up well and lasted a long time. I would say everything is fairly good quality.”

“I was given 5 pairs of platform and high hill boots as a gift from Express. Well three pair was to small. They were purchased during a great sale. Got them for a extremely low price. It was clearly stated before the purchase and on the invoice no exchanges or refunds. So, we took our chances at the Express in Fayette Mall, Lexington KY. We took them and the invoice to see what could be done, if anything. We both felt our chances was low. Boy, was we wrong, they went out of their way to give us service that is second to no one. There was 4 ladies working I believe. Each one had there part in giving us the greatest service. I would to love to thank each one again. I don’t know your names but it was the entire staff. What do you do to have staff that genuinely cares that much. As a small business owner I want to know their secret. These ladies must love working for Express. Teach us Express how to honor our employees like you do. That kind of service is only given by people work for a business that takes care of their staff.”

Finally, a place that has various sizes! This business has casual wear, evening attire, business casual, women's jewelry, hand bags and more! This reasonably priced store is in a plaza with a large parking lot with enough spaces for the customers to park. Check it out, and the owner is very friendly.”

“I've been a fan of Draper James since it first opened and enjoyed my visit at this location. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant to walk in since I was returning from a mountain excursion (dressed in plaid & work boots). After some contemplation, I decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by the store manager and she was incredibly sweet. Within minutes she found a handful of cute tops to try on that would work with the jeans & boots I had on and convert my outfit into a concert- ready attire for the evening. I walked out with two new tops, set of jewelry & Christmas ornament to commemorate the experience. The atmosphere alone is worth stepping foot inside. Every detail radiates true Southern charm & class. I appreciate the tasteful design & modest, fashionable clothing found in the Draper James line. Clothing may be on the pricier side but the quality is well worth it. I'd rather spend more on a classic, basic piece that looks and feels great and get many wears out of it. “This is a great store that that has very nice clothes and excellent service. And I cannot say enough good things about the associate that helped me during my latest visit. The associate's name was Stephanie and she did a fabulous job from start to finish! She immediately greeted me, asked if I was shopping for anything, and told me her name. I told her my name and explained what I was looking for. She had loads of questions and suggestions right off the bat. Very impressive! She got to know me and what I was shopping for almost instantly. After we pulled a few pieces she started me a fitting room. Following our first interaction she consistently took items back to my room, offered advice, pulled sizes, and gave me multiple styling tips. She was an expert on Ann Taylor's product and different ways to wear it. Stephanie made me feel comfortable, confident, and proud of the outfits we created. We got to know each other very well and had a lot of fun! As a result I made a huge purchase and left really happy. I will absolutely be back to shop and to see her!”
