“Very professional service, the staff are wonderful and very informative my truck looks amazing and sounds terrific couldn't ask for more highly recommended 5 stars03/25/2024Just had a level kit and new tires installed at KY Truck WorX London formally Line X I have to say with deep regret I’m very disappointed I was charged 300.00 for a 50.00 dollar level kit from rough country even the upgraded version is just 140.00 dollars I was under the impression that install is at no cost I can see why as it’s not listed on my receipt. On top of that I requested 35/12.50 Nitto Ridge grappler tires which I got but the wrong size 295/70 I also was under the impression that’s what I would get. Like I said very disappointed as I have done lots of business with them and spent probably 3000.00 in total not including this last purchase I really hate to write this as I really like the guys there and I guess I should have looked closer before I left that day but didn’t feel the need to as from past experiences I’ve learned my lesson”

“Called about having my battery tested to see if I need to replace it. Russ said to come on in and he'd check it for me. Needed a new battery that they were able to install for me also let me know that my existing alternator was not charging the new battery and I should replace as well. When asked who he'd could recommend to install the alternator I went ahead and purchased the part. Thank you Russ and staff for helping me get my truck back on the road again.”
