Ace Hardware of Louisville is a very convenient neighborhood store for hardware supply. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond for customers. They patiently walk people through projects, offer good and constructive advice, and help find exact parts. The team is there for the customer's needs, even helping to save money. They sell items like gas line by the foot, which can be a better deal than big box stores. While most service is excellent, it is noted that for project advice, it can be best to know what you need. Overall, it is a good store with great personnel who are very appreciated.

Garret Summers gave me the best customer service experience! I’m just a girl and needed some parts for a dryer and Garret took the time to TEACH me how to safely and properly hook up my prongs and dryer coil! Again I’m just a girl that loves great customer service!
