I am not from Louisville, and I enjoy the small-town atmosphere. Recently I was made aware that the couple running the store with their son were not the owners. I was shocked! They never said they were the owners, I just assumed they were because they make customer service and product availability a priority. They seemed so invested. I have committed to not shop at Lowes or Office Depot to support this family. I added them and the store to my prayer list last year, praying for an increase in business, because they take such good care of their customers. So, since they are not the owners, do you know how hard it is to find employees who treat your business like it was their own. Please appreciate them, they work this job as if it were their own business. Please take the time to let them know they are appreciated and valued!
