Searching other stores and Amazon, Woodcraft was the only location within 75 miles that had everything I needed. Explained to Steven the project I was working on and what I needed, got me over to the right section of the store and had everything available. First time customer and received a discount. Thankful they had everything in stock I needed, but really appreciate Steven and his helpful customer service.”

“I have been shopping at this location for a few years due to the great customer service. I have never been disappointed with the availability of products or the customer service. I am not from Louisville, and I enjoy the small-town atmosphere. Recently I was made aware that the couple running the store with their son were not the owners. I was shocked! They never said they were the owners, I just assumed they were because they make customer service and product availability a priority. They seemed so invested. I have committed to not shop at Lowes or Office Depot to support this family. I added them and the store to my prayer list last year, praying for an increase in business, because they take such good care of their customers. So, since they are not the owners, do you know how hard it is to find employees who treat your business like it was their own. Please appreciate them, they work this job as if it were their own business. Please take the time to let them know they are appreciated and valued! I do not want to neglect the other employees I’ve gotten to know at this location, they are all great at customer service. You also recently hired my favorite Aldi’s guy. He’s my favorite because he provides great customer service where I grocery shop. Lastly, I can’t forget the “little boss” behind the counter. “I love our little neighborhood hardware store! It's perfect in that it's an easy walk, the prices are excellent, and there's so much there that if I need something in a pinch to finish a project or get one started, it is so convenient to get there. If you have to drive, there's parking in the back and on the street. And as I discovered, if you like to smoke your meats, they have a selection of smoking woods and supplies.I don't like going to the massive, out of the way hardware stores, especially if I just need a few things. Oscar's knows that and what they supply is what most of us need.”

“I like coming here because it is a little more convenient than driving all the way up to Lowe's or home depot. I live towards Simpsonville and this place simply saves time. It is a little more expensive though so you have to pay some to save the 20 minutes of drive time. My last trip I got some screws for a small print project.”
“Wow where do I begin. By far the best hvac supply house in all of Louisville. Extremely competitive prices if not the lowest, always has what I need in stock. The people that work there are kind, knowledgeable, and take care of their customers. The guys handling the custom sheet metal do not skip a beat, they’re quick and efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to with no hesitation.

“Absolute best harbor freight I’ve been too. There’s 2 closer stores to my house, but I always make the drive. Every employee I’ve encountered has been as nice and respectful as could be. Warranties are a breeze. Just grab the new set it’s from, go to the front counter, and you’re in and out within 5 min. No questions asked no receipt needed. Recently bought a new tool cart that came a little scratched and dented, I called and they set their last one in the back until I was able to make it to the store, almost 11 hours later. They helped me unload the old, and load the new box, and even helped me open the new box and get rid of the trash when it wouldn’t fit while in the packaging. 10/10 will always make the drive to this store.”

“This is probably the most organized and racks full Harbor freight store in the area, the customer service was very friendly, their open and close time is a little different, make sure before you go, on Sundays they close at 06:00pm and on weekdays they close at 07:00pm every other day. Just FYI (officially open its new store in Louisville, KY on Saturday, August 12 at 8 a.m. The Louisville store, located 10948 Dixie Highway, will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.) this is according to harbor freight website but the schedule is different, so call just to save yourself time. Store number is #03478”
