The staff was so helpful and although I don't wish for any future car issues, I do look forward to doing business with them in the future. Also, the staff at the Jeffersonville store is amazing as well. Fantastic job everyone! In a word that seems to have forgotten customer service, you are spot on! Kudos!!!

I wasn't there to get me Auto parts but I went there to pick up a package becaus ESPN at UPS FedEx I don't know about but you know that this is your place to go in and get your packages outside of me at your house or apartment

Had a headlight burnt out. They helped me find the correct one I needed. Gave me advice on how to install it. Took time to ask me how I was doing and had a real conversation with me. Real people caring for one another. Just for buying a headlight.

Customer service rep was good but the pricing is double what I’ve seen other places. Also I don’t like being treated as a criminal while simply buying auto parts. Armed security with a bullet proof vest staring me down with his hands near his weapon is definitely an unpleasant experience. The man wasn’t outright rude but definitely wasn’t welcoming. Treated me as if I wasn’t supposed to be there.I also watched as he treated a light complicated woman wearing a hat nicer even holding the door open for her and didn’t follower her inside the store nor guard the door while she shopped. He stared at me as he stood guard the front doors and I actually had to ask if I could go inside the store. Then the security guard proceeded to guard the door and stared at me while I was at the counter conversing with customer service rep.I understand security and protecting the employees as well as the shoppers but that’s excessive. Remember customers aren’t the criminals. Very disappointed after being a customer for many years. I’ll definitely never come back. I’m going to stick to getting delivery or another auto parts store. Never experienced this at Auto Zone, O’Reillys nor any other store for that matter.

The location on Broadway St closed two hours early and the employee was extremely rude, refused to help us and wouldn’t look us in the eye. We are from out of town and are currently broke down. This store is the only one that had the part we need to get the truck fixed and back home. The treatment we received from this employee was hateful and completely inconsiderate. We showed up to the store while the employee and security guard was there, at 7pm and the employee locked the door right in front of us and walked to his car. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and hope no one else ever receives this kind of treatment. I know I will be telling the story of this store to everyone.

The treatment my friends and I received at this store was nothing short of extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We are from out of town and this is the only store that had the parts we need for our broke down truck. We arrived at this store approximately two hours before closing time and was met by an armed security guard at the door informing us the store was closed. Once we pleaded our case and that we just needed one part to get home the employee working came out of the store, shut the door in front of us, and never looked us in the eye. He proceeded to get in his car and not care at all about assisting us. I would never recommend this store to anyone. P.S. I think I saw a few roaches in front of the store.

I'd leave 0 if I could. Online says open until 10pm. Door says 9pm. There was an associate here with a security guard and the door locked. Security guard asked us what we needed and we asked them if we could get lug nuts for our vehicle that was broke down on the side of the road. This associate proceeds to leave us outside for 10 minutes then comes out just to lock the door in our face at 7pm. "Sorry man, we're closed." And he wouldn't even look at us. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

The Advanced Auto Parts on Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky closed 3 hours early and was very hateful towards my boyfriend. They were not willing to help at all and we are stuck because our car broke down. Wouldn't look us in the eye and locked the doors and walked out saying "We're closed." Would not suggest this store to ANYONE. Do better.

Gave me the wrong parts twice and already used brakes never again
