Advance Auto Parts is a store for auto parts and package pickup. The staff is helpful, polite, and knows their products well. They take time to give good advice and have real conversations, showing they care. In one instance, a customer received excellent help finding and installing a headlight. However, another customer was given the wrong Freon for their vehicle, which could have caused serious damage, despite providing all the necessary car information. While many find the customer service to be fantastic and spot-on, there are concerns that employees must correctly look up pertinent vehicle details to avoid errors.
SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT!!! 1ST SNAP OF COLD WEATHER MY BATTERY COULD NOT HANDLE IT. I CALLED THE AAP STORE VERIFIED MY BATTERY WAS IN STOCK, I LATER WALKED IN, EXCHANGE MY OLD BATTERY, WALKED OUT WITH THE NEW UNIT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES

The staff was so helpful and although I don't wish for any future car issues, I do look forward to doing business with them in the future. Also, the staff at the Jeffersonville store is amazing as well. Fantastic job everyone! In a word that seems to have forgotten customer service, you are spot on! Kudos!!!
