Huge shoutout to Ken and Kenneth at this loaction. They went above and beyond helping me out. You can tell they actually care about customers instead of just trying to rush people out the door. Advance Auto needs to give these two a raise immediately because they carried the whole experience 10/10 service.

Battery died due to the recent cold and snow. Brought my car in and Kenneth checked my battery, explained all of my options and installed the new one. It was a great experience and Kenneth did a tremendous job. It was way easier of an experience than I thought it would be. I really appreciate Kenneth’s help.
