He took his time to understand what I was trying to explain and honestly, I was having a hard time explaining what the part was but Aaron was super patient and very helpful in making sure I got what I needed so I didn't spend unnecessary money. I was very appreciative of that. Even the lady that worked with him was very friendly and between the two of them, they made the whole experience very pleasant, not making me feel like I was some uneducated individual that was clueless and that I was just wasting their time in the guessing game. They were both outstanding and did their job well and I will say I was very skeptical going in because I had just been treated badly by another place of business before me going to O'Reilly's where I was told ("I was wasting their time to return when I wasn't so clueless"). So hats off to Aaron for being so patient, kind and so extremely helpful, you made this trip to the auto store a pleasant one!! Thank you so much!”

Even though we did not sell Mr. Oberhausen the battery he purchased, therefore we cannot warranty it, we told him he was more than welcome to come in and replace the battery or issue a refund to compensate him for his trouble. However, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and kept threatening to leave a bad Google review.Therefore, we will no longer be offering service to him.”
