“My wife and I had insurance with Lincoln Insurance Agency for many years. A few years back we switched to a competitor to get a lower rate. In a couple of years we switched again because the lower rate became expensive. In October 2025 the insurance on our runabout came due so I decided to contact the Lincoln Agency for a quote. Our prior agent had retired so they connected me with Sophie. It quickly became apparent why. Although she is young she is knowledgable, thorough, and helpful. She saved us more than I ever expected and with better coverage.
So out of curiosity I asked her if she would mind to quote the rest of our insurance needs. She did and in less than a week she got back with me and had put together an exceptional plan and quote. I let her know I'd get back with her in May 2026 because the bulk of our insurance is due in June. She spent 3 weeks of making changes and quotes and more changes and quotes, while I was doing the same with my current agent. She opened my eyes on how our coverage wasn't really sufficient. After everything was said and done I am staying with my current agent. Sophie not only understood why but acknowledged that it was probably the best decision under the circumstances. I will definitely be back in touch with her next year and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for or thinking about switching their insurance.”
