All the staff was very patient and understanding. They took the time to answer all questions and if the didn't know the answer they found someone who did by asking other staff and even making phone calls.

It was an extremely satisfying experience to get an insurance quote here. It is also an excellent opportunity to save money on my insurance. Now, God forbid, I just have to see how it will be if I need to make claim in the future. But for now, I am extremely satisfied.
