The Baxter Avenue area was very nice. It was a nice picnic area to cookout, relax, bbque, play, have a drink in your cup. The atmosphere was just relaxing. The community was blessing the area. It was visiting folk, church community. Not too much to say right now because it was all undeveloped, but they look forward to seeing what they bring in the future.
