About Sheppard Park
Sheppard Park is a welcoming place for friends to hang out in a relaxed, O.G style. It features a new playground, a basketball court with a custom paint job, and a nice spray pad for kids to enjoy. The picnic area includes four tables under a covered Pavilion, making it a great spot for gatherings. The park is dog-friendly, but dogs should be on a leash. There are two restrooms, though cleanliness could be improved. Every Sunday at noon, a volunteer group offers a free food giveaway, providing groceries donated by Whole Foods. Overall, Sheppard Park is a good spot for families and community members to relax and play.
