The store is well organized for a used bookstore, but the prices can be high for used quality items. Customers have noted that while the staff is friendly, they often lowball offers when customers attempt to sell items, which can be disappointing. For example, one customer was offered $50 for a PS4 and controller, despite everything working properly. Although some visitors miss the previous owners, many appreciate the effort to keep a local business alive in an age of online shopping.
