About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a friendly and efficient service experience. Customers have praised the staff for being kind, helpful, and professional, often going out of their way to assist, such as offering rides while waiting. Reservations made in advance help ensure vehicle availability, with some customers receiving upgrades to newer, comfortable cars like the Ford Explorer. Overall, the location is reliable, with smooth rental and return processes, and a focus on good customer care. Despite occasional issues such as a smoked-smelling car, most reviews highlight positive interactions and satisfaction with the service. This business is a favorable choice for those needing a rental car.

They didnt have our vehicle and said they called the wrong number to cancel. They supposedly didnt have a number to any other budget to call and see if we could go there and get a vehicle.
