My car had been stolen and was recovered. It had a shattered window and the ignition had been torn apart.

They got it returned and the correct one shipped in the next morning or that evening and got it repaired the next morning like I said they were great bunch of guys to work with And. “My car was broken into TODAY and I was able to get fast and professional care from Crystal Auto Glass. I called at 12pm and was told that my window was in stock. I drove all the way from Brooklyn, no one had my glass in stock and I needed same day servic. I finally got there and I was greeted by smiles and friendly faces. Everyone was helpful and reassuring, the entire install took around an hour and the price was cheaper than any quote I got in Brooklyn a $40 difference with this type of service is incredible. I'm so happy that I found this place, I would definitely recommend to anyone.”
“We were referred to AAG for a smashed front window. Angie spoke with me twice, very patient, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and comforting. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, we were charged exactly what was quoted, and so far, the window appears to be well placed. AAG was half as much, twice as quick, and easier than a competitor that Angie suggested I try also because her parts wouldn't be in for two days. “The Collision shop associated with my car dealership was very difficult to deal with. I was trying to stay loyal but when they refused to check to ensure they could get a part for my 2026 Hyundai Sonata, I used a collision shop recommended by my insurance company. I was extremely delighted with all aspects of working with Gerber. The part was onsite when I brought my car in and the repairs were completed in less than 2 days. The dealership told me it would be at least 3 days IF they could get the part. Gerber will always be my first choice if I ever need work done in the future.”
“The Safelite technician was very informative, professional, and did an excellent job with the service. He explained everything clearly and completed the work efficiently.
My only concern was that a windshield wiper replacement was listed on the work order, even though I had not requested that service. I had to ask for it to be removed before the work was completed. Other than that issue, I was very satisfied with the technician’s work and customer service.”
