“It's nice to finally have no issues after a nightmare dealing with the Fairdale store.I went in the Fairdale store last Wednesday to buy a Samsung phone and got talked into a Motorola Edge which is worst phone I've ever used.It for one had been associated with another number,glitched,kicked me off apps,had issues using the keyboard and wanted to return it from day one.Five trips back to that store to return it ,or get it to work properly all failed.I was told I would hate this Samsung phone ,but all lies,I am very happy, just wish I could get back the $60 or $70 I wasted on gas and the price difference as the Samsung was a little cheaper.The guy that helped me today was great and did an amazing job making sure I was happy”

The other lady (I didn't get her name) but she was also helpful. They definitely deserve 5 stars easily. I will recommend this location to anyone. Please don't replace them”
“Went to cricket this morning and was in the store for 4 hours listening to this lady twist my words and tell lie after lie. I made a suggestion to her to get though customer service. She repeatedly said no. Everyone that came in the store, she twisted my words and in her own words was telling them why I was there, gossip about almost everyone that left the store. Then she told me why her boss was out ( I will not repeat). Finally after 3 and a half hours of waiting, her boss asked her if she tried using her pin to get to customer service and she said no. This is what I had been asking her to do just to speak to someone and she kept saying no. It literally took her boss to tell her to do it. Then she was muttering remarks under her breath loud enough to hear. In so many words stating that she hopes that I don't have to come back. She was rude lazy and unprofessional, more worried about a lunch break. She also complained a lot. Had she tried what I suggested instead of having to wait until her boss suggested it to her time consuming would have been on her side. No common Sense What So ever. She acts like one of those people that don't like suggestions especially from a customer.Hope you had a good lunch break.”
