“Went to cricket this morning and was in the store for 4 hours listening to this lady twist my words and tell lie after lie. I made a suggestion to her to get though customer service. She repeatedly said no. Everyone that came in the store, she twisted my words and in her own words was telling them why I was there, gossip about almost everyone that left the store. Then she told me why her boss was out ( I will not repeat). Finally after 3 and a half hours of waiting, her boss asked her if she tried using her pin to get to customer service and she said no. This is what I had been asking her to do just to speak to someone and she kept saying no. It literally took her boss to tell her to do it. Then she was muttering remarks under her breath loud enough to hear. In so many words stating that she hopes that I don't have to come back. She was rude lazy and unprofessional, more worried about a lunch break. She also complained a lot. Had she tried what I suggested instead of having to wait until her boss suggested it to her time consuming would have been on her side. No common Sense What So ever. She acts like one of those people that don't like suggestions especially from a customer.Hope you had a good lunch break.”

“I went to this MetroPCS and bought a phone for my grandmother, the guy at the register who helped set up the Phone and go through with the process was very helpful. We ended up forgetting that we needed a wall plug for my grandmother‘s charger so we went back the same day and got the charger. And we had ended up not needing the charger in four days later we had returned the charger, but the guy at the register advised us that we couldn’t make the return because their location does it do returns but on the receipt it says we have within 15 days to be able to return the product and get a refund. The charger was still in the box in the box was not opened and nothing was damaged on the outside or inside, but he still rejected the refund. I called customer service and went back to the store and the guy had to call his manager and let him know that I was back with customer service on the phone and he ended up giving me a cash refund instead of giving me a refund back on my original payment method which was my credit card. Either way I still got my refund but the management at this location is very shady. It doesn’t follow the MetroPCS guidelines. Please always keep your receipts and don’t hesitate to call customer service if this ever happens to you the guy was just doing his job so I’m not blaming him at all. It’s just the management that was very shady. Management was not following 15 day return protocol. The guy was just following his managers orders and he was very sweet and understanding during the whole process. Process.”

“This is a pretty nice store but they were renovating today. Placing the bleach products under the mouthwash sign is probably not the best idea. Most people would understand that bleach isn't mouthwash....but given our society.....I wouldn't risk it.”
