The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, eager to help, kind, polite, professional, and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure a great experience, making customers feel right at home. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe, with spotless machines that work very well. While the location hasn't been updated in a while, it is updating with new machines. The business provides both self-service and full laundry services, handling items like king comforters, queen comforters, duvets, and large rugs. They offer access to industrial washers and dryers and provide helpful guidance. The service is efficient, with items often ready the next day. Parking is easy and the value is excellent, with customers spending very little money and time for great results. Customers highly recommend Carousel Laundry and state they will definitely use them again.

Clean, reasonable price, plenty of machines. Some appear to work but don't take change, but the ones that do work great. Dryers look to be clean as well

Staff are excellent; I appreciate how attentive they were when I visited for the first time. They are friendly, approachable and available to answer any questions. The tables ti fold clothes are very helpful.
