Worst servie ever! Do not rent a vehicle with Thrifty or Dollar. I made a reservation for a family trip about amonth ago, and i just got to the counter and they dont have one. They just told me to cancel my reservation and didn't even offer me a similar vehicle. Just told me sorry and cancel my reservation.

Car was good but it was not ready when I arrived and had to wait for over an hour for it to pick it up.

I had a very long wait to pick up my car, so that loses one star. Return was very easy. Now, I'm hoping they refund the deposit within a few days...
