Tianna M was so helpful and patient when I took my son back to school shoe shopping. She jumped right in and helped with sizing and suggestions on which size to go with since he was in between sizes. She brought out multiples sizes and colors. He loves his New Balance 990! Thank you for your bright smile and friendly personality!

Thomas was amazing!! We are going through a tough time and Thomas took time to provide the most excellent customer service I’ve ever seen, and brightened our day! He literally gave my son the shoes off his feet. It’s not easy finding shoes for this kid, and Thomas could see this. Thomas is an inspiration. Thank you!!
