“I recently purchased a mattress foundation (box springs) from Mattress Firm on Bardstown Road near the Watterson. The sales rep, Tayler, was great to work with. She listened to what I needed and offered several suggestions. A few hours after I made the purchase I had to change the order. We were able to modify the order over the phone … she was very understanding and took her time to make sure the the revisions to the order were correct.”

“We purchased a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress at the Middletown location. Our salesman Clark Alexander was very helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time with us helping us choose a mattress. “This is my first ever review of a store. I am submitting this review because Story has been fabulous to work with. He met my husband and I in the store and helped us plan an entire bath remodel. He designed a custom vanity for us and gave me prices for everything that I requested (sink, shower, custom glass, tile, closet doors, fixtures, and much more). I have emailed him countless times and he has always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. He has been SO HELPFUL, professional, and has given us outstanding customer service, which is rare these days. (It is difficult to find help in other home improvement stores). I have been super impressed with BuildMyPlace and Story.”

“I recently broke my back and purchase a sleep number bed due to ability to change firmness and warming at base of bed. I have found the zero G setting is the best for my back. My only issue is headboard is being delivered a month after mattress was. This is reason for 4 stars.”
