Went in to buy a new PS5 controller. The controller was reasonably priced. The controller was in excellent condition. I use it constantly. I like this store because it is the GameStop Retro store for Louisville and because it is easy to get to. Will definitely be back to shop again!

Phenomenal Service. I went to the midnight release for pokemom legends ZA. Staff was friendly, helpful, and the process went so smoothly! I wanted to purchase a game console while in store during the release and they made it happen. Super happy with the service and will be returning.
