I remember visiting this place a lot, and honestly if not for the owner (his name slips my mind at the moment), I wouldn't have the same awesome experience without him. “This is an absolutely great store, in my opinion the best metaphysical / smoke shop / adult store that the Tri-State area has. The owner Scott is always super friendly and knowledgeable as is his staff. I've never seen anyone have an issue in there and I've never seen them asked a question they didn't know the answer to. It's like they All have interest in the things that actually sold there too so that gives it a better experience knowing that they have some expertise and what they're selling. But for me personally the number one selling point is the numerous variety and amount of tarot / Oracle cards Scott has for sale no other store has this no story and specializes or any kind of bookstore or half price books or if it matter anything in town has the sheer amount of variety and amount and he mixes it up and orders new things constantly. If you're into crystals, jewelry, Wiccan things metaphysical things or especially Oracle or tarot this is your store❤️”

“I have been shopping at Madeline’s Gifts for a few years now. I LOVE the store manager, she is always so nice and bubbly. The owners are also very sweet; I love the husband’s displays and fun personality. I love the different array of things they have on display. I am obsessed with the Grinch village and accessories. I think I almost have every piece of the collection. Even when I am not in for a while, they remember me; I love the connections they build with their customers. I have read many negative reviews about the employees “following” them around. I love that someone is always around if you have questions, and I have never gotten the vibe that they think I’m “stealing”. People must remember they are just doing their job and managing the store and merchandise. I am so happy I decided to walk into Madeline’s Gifts on a whim a few years ago. I recommend 1000%.”
“We went here for a school field trip and it was very informational. The kids loved it and it was very clean! My only complaint was that the walkways outside were not salted enough. A lot of us slipped on the ice, but luckily no one fell. A lot of activities for kids and also a lot of fun activities for adults to enjoy also. Will return again.”

“Very friendly owner welcomed me in, I'd seen this place each time I get my nails done nearby but was never sure what the store was. So glad I walked I. To check out all the beautiful dining pieces, cute decor items, children's gift items, and more! So many great little gift ideas! Of course I bought a few things! The owner said that the displays are updated frequently, from the pet items display to seasonal displays, and there is a birthday item section too! Saw the cutest decorative glass pumpkins and am working on convincing my hubby that I really do need a small "pumpkin patch" of these beautiful whimsical pumpkins for Fall! I will definitely be back in!”

“The Paradies Shops in different locations inside the Louisville International Airport are classy and fun, clean and spotless, well lit and well kept and have a wonderful variety of Louisville and Kentucky goods, as well as your usual travel needs, magazines and books, candies and whatnots. I lived in Louisville in the past and before I fly out back to my home now, I always buy bourbon ball candies at Paradies to take home. This specific trip, I found the best horse/Louisville coffee mug that was so artistic you'd expect to find it in a museum gift shop. These shops don't sell cheaply made goods, and what you do buy you know it's not going to fall apart. The staff has always been so hospitable and professional. I actually look forward to spending money in an airport shop when I shop at these shops in Louisville airport.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This place was a fantastic find for me! My boss's wife calls me at 11pm to tell me about his bday the next day and how she wants me to set up something special for him. I had until noon the next day to make it all come together. This place took my order for pick up quickly, efficiently, and knowledgeable. She gave me options and pricing and could accommodate my rush order. I told her what I wanted, white cake with confetti in the middle and fruit on top. Not even one of their menu items! She made it happen. I even had to call and change to delivery by 1. They made it happen! 10 stars if I could!”
