She helped me get in and out of every dress and even picked some out for me to try on! Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell she has an eye for detail and truly loves what she does. The selection in the store is also amazing, especially if you’re looking for authentic western pieces. The boots I purchased are original and handmade, and the quality is something you can immediately feel.
