I did not get the vehicle that I paid for. I got downgraded, but still had to pay for an upgraded vehicle. I have second thoughts about ever using Hertz again, or any of their other car rental companies.

This place has the worst customer service. The guy that was working at the desk was beyond rude and was just playing with his hair and playing with a vape the entire time he was dealing with us. The most unprofessional place I have ever been and will absolutely never return. Hertz has lost my business

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They stole my items that were left inside of the vehicle, (my purse) and have fraudulently used my debit cards without permission! Disgusting human beings and you can’t get in contact with anyone whatsoever to take care of the situation!
