Absolutely mind blowing how awful the service is here. Car was dirty, 4 bad tires, nonworking safety sensors, and runaway throttle. I spent hours trying to get through on the phone. RUN! Absolutely do not use this location.

Stay away! I had a rental booked with a pick up. They never showed for the pick up and then didn’t answer the phone the entire day. I literally called more than 5 times including having the main Hertz line call and escalate. I had to have the main line switch locations so I could get a car (a day later than scheduled)
