Home Outlet Louisville offers quality products at a good price. The store has a great selection of products that are up to date with current design trends. Customers find the staff knowledgeable, efficient, and super helpful. The crew works together and has been described as top notch. Many mention working with Brad or David, but the whole team is helpful. People appreciate feeling heard regarding their budget and likes/dislikes. The store is great for kitchen and bath remodels, as well as new house builds for kitchens, pantries, laundry, bathrooms, and doors. Customers report no comparison to the quality and pricing found elsewhere. The Louisville store makes customers feel like family.
Worker there was very helpful loading the car for me and even stayed a few minutes after closing since I got lost in a parking lot across the street. I was not thrilled with parts of putting the furniture together/how it came in the box, but maybe I am not used to how things normally arrive.
