The Kentucky Science Center offers three floors of interactive science fun for the whole family, with exhibits suitable for a wide range of ages. The facility is mostly wheelchair and handicap accessible. Visitors find the exhibits interesting and interactive, with plenty of activities for all age groups, including a history section with real items from NASA. Popular features include the earthquake simulator, paper rocket launcher, physics show, water tables, meteorology broadcasting station, and wind tubes. The 4-story digital theater shows amazing 3D movies. While it can get very crowded, there is adequate room and activities for everyone. Parking options aren't great. The center is open daily and also offers camps, MakerPlace, birthday parties, field trips, facility rentals for events, and a gift shop.
