Kroger Fuel Center offers a helpful and friendly staff that assist customers, including those with disabilities. Many appreciate the savings from using Kroger fuel points, with some reporting significant discounts on gas prices. However, some users feel the gas doesn't last long, and there are minor inconveniences with using the app for rewards, requiring prepayment at the booth instead of at the pump. Overall, it is a convenient option for customers looking to save on fuel while shopping at Kroger.
