If I could I would give to this store 0 stars for their costumer service.
I wanted to return the plant I bought two weeks ago and it eas dying on me. Was told I can not do it and I asked for the menager. The lady returned and told me HE said no so Isked politely if he can come and tell me that in person.
He eventualy came in a couple minutes and I suddenly heard someones voice behind me. I was confused, turn around to face a RUDE manager who without hello or rudely said no , turned his back with a cynic expression walked away. I said that he is very unprofessional and that I am about to write a review and the manager in the duty replied he will pose for me. His name is Nik.
Totally unacceptable!

Nice employees. Love this store. But saw this mess with no chance of this being cleaned anytime soon. You would figure with all their Price GOUGING. They could afford someone to clean this up.

I have never been so unhappy and completely uncomfortable walking into a Kroger. This morning I took my client into Kroger off of Buechel and witnessed the most saddening experience. I watched a very power-hungry, ego-driven āmanagerā tear an innocent employee apart right as I walked in the door. For reference, this incident happened right in front of the soda isle directly in front of the entrance at about 9:25 am on June 21, 2024. The manager was a dark skinned, long-hair down with braids, in blue slacks and a black t-shirt. She completely mortified the employee that she was lecturing, quite literally yelling over her and telling her ānot to speakā every time that the poor girl tried to speak up for herself. I have no idea what this incident was over and I truly donāt care. There was no excuse for this kind of abusive behavior in the workplace. This was so much more than a fireable offense. This incident truly made me so anxiety-riddled to watch, even as a mental health counselor, to see someone who has been placed so high in authority abuse their power to completely defile a human being of their voice and dignity. The girl that she was attacking was a short young girl of potentially a Mexican or Indian decent. I watched the girl shrink herself physically and verbally quite literally so much that this so-called āmanagerā truly had to have obliterated her self-confidence in just minutes. I hate making these reviews because Iām truly not a nasty person like the one I witnessed today commit such a strong hate towards someone thatās supposed to be apart of HER āteamā. I made a complaint at the guest services desk with a lady named Jessica who was very helpful and kind to us. But I will certainly not stand to put anymore of my money into a Kroger like this one that treats their employee's like theyāre training wild animals. Shame on the management of this Kroger for ever putting someone like her in such a high position of power.

I spend, well, I USED to spend $4-500/wk here and have for over 10 years. For several months any berries or oranges I've purchased have molded within days of being home...fruit doesn't mold that quickly unless it's already been colonized by microbes and the store has been gassing and irradiating the trash so suckers like me think they're getting a deal when it's on sale. Especially thick skinned fruits.
The final straw was today, when I bought a bunch of 12 packs and Celcius energy marked BOGO 2 for 2 and 1/2 off overall, respectively. After going through checkout(bagged my own groceries as usual. I'm happy to help the suffering employees but Kroger corporate are straight swindlers I'm seeing now) I saw that the discounts had not been applied. I went to customer service straight from checkout, and was told that the discounts only apply to digital or clipped coupons and the kroger plus card doesn't apply to them. I said that they were marked at the sale priceand was informed not so nicely that they HAD been marked coupon only(in tiny print) and NO they would not honor my request to have the coupons applied. That's fine, I'll just start going to valumarket. No less than 2 other customers were in line at customer service for the same reason, which leads me to believe they knew this would happen and are kicking their feet up on their desks laughing at us.
I shouldn't have to carefully watch my receipt, produce, or get treated like a fiend bugging a dopeboy while I'm just trying to get food for my family. I'll never shop here again and I strongly recommend none of you do either. To Kroger: Terrible business ethics and management. Maybe pay your employees better and quit trying to hustle your customers. Just toss the bad fruit and take the write-off you thieves! Also, your customer service representatives should have the capacity not to smile with glee when they tell you they won't honor the marked price.
Imagine, expecting the marked price in the aisle way that's always applied to the plus card to work the same as it always has....I must just be a big entitled baby. If I have to read your sale signs that carefully I just won't come. Grimey, trifling store.

Closes at 9pm. What the heck? At least turn off some lights. It's amazing how many people are showing up and walking to the doors surprised to see it's closed.

I hate that this is the closest Kroger near me the past 16 years! I shop at Walmart now. For the few items that I can only get at Kroger I will drive extra 10 mins just to avoid going to this one. Also they close at 9pm now if that tells you anything.

HUGE store! Great selection of everything a supermarket should have. A little bit pricey but the quality is top notch
