“I went into this dress appointment determined to NOT buy a dress, as I was just wanting to see what styles worked and didn't work on me. But I ended up finding the dress while I was there, and I couldn't be happier!Christie worked with me for my appointment and was absolutely amazing! She helped me in and out of each and every dress (and I tried on MANY different dresses) and was quick to help with anything I needed. She helped when I was struggling with wanting to say "yes" but fighting myself because I wasn't planning on doing that yet. I absolutely recommend working with Christie and her team!**The only downside for me was the lack of a fan in the dressing room. Most of the dresses are very heavy, and you're moving around a lot going from dress to dress. They had a handheld fan, but a larger fan would have made such a difference!”

My jacket fits perfect now - absolutely perfect!

“I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this shop for a while now and just now getting to it! I highly recommend if you are in the local area of Louisville KY to slide through the shop. I started shopping with them years ago whenever I was picking up a new pair of vans here and there. Then began taking my son up there as he was interested in buying a skateboard and learning to skate. Neither my son or myself knew anything about skateboards and was greeted by Drew and Noah and they made my son feel comfortable from the beginning. The shop is in an awesome part of the city and has a true “home like” feel. (No pun intended) I love supporting these guys and have nothing but positive things to say about them. “I had a complicated issue with my Hot Topic app account that customer support wasn’t able to resolve remotely, and I was feeling pretty frustrated! Not until I met Jane and Nick. Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and I honestly didn’t expect it whatsoever.
On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She took the time to make sure it fit just right, with care and style advice that made a big difference. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the whole experience not just helpful, but genuinely fun.

“Dot Fox is located a couple of streets over from my house. My fiancé and I stumbled across it one day while we were out walking. I’m an avid coffee drinker and was looking for something new to try. The sign out front caught our attention first, beautifully highlighting all that Dot Fox has to offer. It’s a one of a kind establishment filled with unique clothing pieces, extremely tasty beverages, eye catching jewelry, noteworthy literature, and many spiritual treasures as well. The staff is always engaging, friendly, and helpful. We frequent Dot Fox, making it a point to visit weekly to grab a Iced Chai (they even make the chai themselves and it’s delicious) or an Iced Carmella. The owner Sally is truly a delight, creating magic in every interaction. Visiting her store is something I highly recommend to locals and tourists alike. It’s a store that captures the beauty and weirdness that is Louisville Culture. “Very helpful staff, and great supplies for hair.I love my new wig, and I also bought packs of hair to put weave in my hair I love the prices they were low and great price for a great product it was exactly what I expected and also grabbed a bunch of small odd and ends on my way to the register they have tons of cheap items from eyelash glue to eyelashes gloves socks tweezers and wig cap, etc. I will definitely shop here again in the future this is my new favorite hair store they were very respectful and kind super helpful had fun while I was there also kidding around with the staff members.”

“This place is a little above my price range. A very knowledgeable gentleman named Jim Hines was quick to adjust his suggestions accordingly. Equally quick to assess my size and needs. He explained that I required a slightly smaller size than I had been wearing and he was right. After some alterations my beautiful suit fits like a glove and makes me feel fantastic. Another gentleman helped out and was also very good at his job, so I think the staff is well-educated in their craft. Rodes is the Gold Standard in Louisville. You owe it to yourself to visit.”
