I went in to the store with my pledge brothers to get some crown to larp at the bar and Chris was such a great help. He immediately greeted us with a smile and asked us if we wanted water. He proceeded to help me with shoes and got me multiple sizes before I even tried on the size to big.

Top shelf, white glove shopping at it's very finest. I needed trousers fitted and hemmed same day for a funeral. Cheri Hines provided perfect service and between her and the tailoring staff, my order was ready at 4pm. If you want no pressure, complete customer service, Rodes is the place for you. Bravo.
