Her attention was personalized, she was always willing to help me with all my questions, and it is evident that she cares about providing quality service. I went to this store after work yesterday to give them my Identification as directed on phone for validation. The Metropcs Women at cashier brush me off, after i waited to be seen, due to METROPCS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. Talking to her native spanish speaking clients. She than gave me a 1800 number for insurance. I'm now being told on the phone to visit Metro pcs store to show Identification. Note i tried to explain to her screen was broke so they could not send a security code. All they wanted was id validation so i can file claim. I feel very discriminated against. Its really sad, because i have been with metropcs for years and never been through a hassle like this.

I was in the store the other day, and there was a customer who was being very rude, vulgar, demanding and extremely hateful. The young lady named Aalyah went WAY BEYOND what she should have had to to try and fix the situation while Never once raising her voice or losing composure. I was so IMPRESSED with the way she handled the situation!!! It says a lot about her character to respond with Have a Nice Day when someone is spewing disgusting vulgar words at you!!! Good Job Aalyah. I think she deserves a raise after that!

I went to make a payment at 2:00 pm in the afternoon and they didn't answer until 3:30 because they said they were fixing the entire section's computers.
