“LOOK NO FURTHER!! I tried to get a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, at first. The people "seemed" genuine and nice. But right at the end, there was an obstacle. All of a sudden, I wasn't a person to them anymore. Rocket treated me like I didn't exist. So, on a leap of faith, I reached out to First Fidelity. Mike Hurt was PHENOMENAL from beginning to end!! He listened to my situation, and he did not treat me like another potential client. When we came to the "obstacle" he did not faulter! He worked to find ways around it. Needless to say, he saved me!! The entire staff is AWESOME!! They will treat you like you family (the family member who is actually liked lol). When I went in for my closing, I met Mrs. Johnson. She is GREAT!!
