“Due to some personal reasons I've had to visit this Branch quite frequently in the last year. The bankers of this location are incredibly warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests were met and questions answered, not all of which were simple ones. Namely Josh and Adja, though all the staff have been fantastic. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they take the time to ask someone who is more knowledgeable in the area, and I appreciate that. I prefer this location over others because of it being less busy on most days.”

“I'm not sure what the other long review was all about. Ive been using syb for over a decade and I've always been able to use multiple devices without trouble. Sounds to me like a him problem. The only thing I would change is the availability of their customer service. If you have a problem on a Friday after six it better not be that important because you won't speak to anyone until Monday morning. I think that is very disregarding to their clients and customers. Also, something irritating is that every time I go to make a purchase for from a website that is not based in the US it declines the purchase and sometimes turns off my card. For example I play the Sims4 and buy expansions from a site called g2a because its cheaper. It never let's me buy my games and I have to call every time and if it's a weekend its impossible. So yeah they definitely need to work on those things at least if they want to be a better bank.”
“After my initial review of American Farm mortgage, the CEO of the company gave me a call the next morning, to apologize for how the companies representative handled the situation. He was very well spoken and wanted to know what happen and what needed to be done to fix the situation. After a hour conversation with him, I came to the realization that they do care greatly about there customer experience because as he put it they work for the customer and customer can always leave to find another bank if there not happy with the customer service. To me this was a huge plus with the possibility of working with a bank, one that's willing to apologize and work with you to see whats needed to improve.
I personally still wouldn't work with chip pratt from NY but i am willing to give them another try to see how good other representatives can do.”
