From scheduling and coordinating with Allison, who also followed up after it was over to check in and see how it went, the the actual packing and loading. Dakota, Chris and Dave were beyond incredible. They jumped straight into work and made it so seamless. They packed and labeled everything so intently, always making sure that anything that was packed was meant to be packed. I’ve never seen a place transformed in so quick of time. They were constantly in contact to update me on times of arrivals. Once at my destination, everything was unloaded so safely and efficiently and they took all my considerations into mind when unloading. Chris made sure that my TV made it safe and to show me where the remotes and cables were so that I was totally set in my new apartment. I truly can’t express how impressed I was with the whole process and how hard working and considerate these men were. I would recommend them to anyone that would ask”

“Awesome people. Out of every uhaul I've used there is two that stood out and mini's U Stuff it Self storage comes in first on my list of uhaul renting. Guys that work there are friendly and down to earth people. Cannot remember the man's name that took care of me but he was prompt to get me going. The truck that I was supposed to get (set up and confirmed on the net) wasn't available. That fella gave me a bigger truck and charged me for the size I was supposed to get. “I have used Pendleton several times and they are the only movers I trust with large antiques - they know how to handle them. I also used them to move my parents into assisted living facilities on separate occasions and always very considerate and helpful. Only late on one of the moves but it all worked out. “We were in the middle of packing up when we realized we needed more boxes and paper. We ordered supplies online, and when we got to the pickup location we found that the staff is super helpful and friendly. We also saw some additional products (moving blankets) that we were able to purchase on the spot. When looking at moving products for consumers, we found that big box stores and truck rental companies only offer smaller quantities for much higher prices. New Haven offers all of the moving supplies a regular person might need in quantities that make sense for regular people and at prices that are a great value. We just retired from active duty military service and I will recommend New Haven Moving Equipment to all of my military friends who have to make a PCS or retirement move.”

“My experience with UPack was fantastic! Their whole setup is wonderful — having the trailer delivered to your home with plenty of time to load it, then it leaves for the destination and you can choose when to have it delivered to the new address. Again, plenty of time to have it unloaded, and you call to have it picked up when it’s empty. Our driver was incredibly nice, and helped us with some problems we had with the company we used to load the trailer. Everyone I spoke with at UPack was very nice and helpful!”
