Employee always nice but I have issues trying to take advantage of their specials. Emailed them about it but no reply. My last order, 1 shirt wasn't ready as I was told but the reason was they were prespotting it. If so, I do appreciate it.

I highly recommend! I took my king & queen comforters in , unfortunately my cat had urinated on them , when I got them back they were like knew again . I like the storage bag they were returned in . Thank you all for a wonderful job !

I was very pleased with the quick service, and the price was a very, pleasant surprise. They also barely charged to fix the zipper on my coat. I don’t normally leave reviews, but Nu-Yale definitely deserved a good one.
