Richard Isaiah helped me at the Middletown branch. He is very pleasant to work with.

I needed a notary, explained my situation regarding my recently departed brother's estate in Colorado. With no challenging questions asked, just a review of the documentation and my drivers license to establish my identity, the job was done in minutes. No muss fuss or embarrassing pauses. Thank you.
