Very UNKEPT,floors sticky,OLD FOOD,trash EVERYWHERE,outside and inside !..not too mention the rudeness of the newer cashier(especially the one that worked Saturday evening about 5ish pm,blonde younger girl with glasses!..that store has went down!!!!

Clean, well-lit, and easy to get in and out of. The gas prices were competitive, and the pumps worked without any issues. Inside, the convenience store was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and even some hot food options. The coffee was surprisingly good for a gas station. Staff was friendly and quick at the register. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the bathrooms could’ve used a little more attention, but overall a solid stop.

Went in today to get a fountain drink and all the fountains were broken as well as the freeze drinks. Decided to get an iced coffee and went to the self checkout. Scanned the cup like I ALWAYS DO and the cashier while dealing with another customer said to me “is that iced coffee in there?” I shook my head yes and she said “ well that’s a different price” then proceeded to treat me like a child and made me remove the cup I scanned and look up the correct item which was literally only 60 cents more. Like for real y’all really hurting over 60 cents?? Can’t even get what I really wanted today anyway then I gotta deal with this? If you don’t want people to just scan the cups don’t put bar codes on them or don’t have self checkouts. Ridiculous honestly.

Slowest fuel pumps of any thortons I’ve used, been like this for a couple years. Just come to this one when I can’t make it anywhere else.

I'm rating as high as 2 because the cashier was very friendly. That was the end of good things.
1. I couldn't print my own receipt at the gas pump (had to go inside).
2. No Diet Pepsi in bottles in the cooler. Pepsi was there. Coke was there. Diet Coke was there. No Diet Pepsi.
3. The PNC ATM charged me $3.75 in spite of the big sign on the ATM that says, "NO SURCHARGE"

Awful manager
I went in today to buy a slushie, and I get to the checkout and the manger is telling me I can’t use the self checkout and than tells me to empty my pockets because his fat self thought I was stealing a candy bar probably because he was hungry and bored. Then when I showed I had nothing but cash the hungry manager walked away and said nothing. Hopefully y’all do a better job of hiring in the future.
