Employees are 10 outta 10. But since they replaced the pumps with new ones 10 weeks ago my gas card and my wife's DO NOT WORK in the new pumps, but do at every other thorntons and BP.. I have told staff and sent multiple emails with ZERO FIX.... BP has ruined the Thorntons brand.

Went to get air. Google Ai said it was free, but it was $3 quarters or card. I went inside to get quarters, no problems there. But the machine made no noise, so I had to keep Line of Sight to know when the pressure was right.

Slowest fuel pumps of any thortons I’ve used, been like this for a couple years. Just come to this one when I can’t make it anywhere else.
