“Stopped in today to use the air hose to inflate my cub cadet mower tire.
While fumbling with the air hose out front, the owner Doug came out. We chatted a bit and he helped me with inflating the tire and showed me a tip on how to fill the tire so air won't escape.

“Brought my car in there as I was sick of multiple mechanics telling me that the brakes where fine. I felt like I was driving a bus they were so loud. They inspected the brakes, and agreed, I needed new brakes AND rotors. They replaced the same day I dropped it by, and the vehicle is amazing again. A+++ Service. I highly recommend SMI to others!”

“My windshield wipers quit working the other day and I took my car to Etscorn Auto Shop and I was surprised how quickly they got me in! Josh was amazing and easy to work with and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on with my car. The parts I needed weren’t going to be in until the next morning and he let me know before 10am what all was going on. The price was more than fair and I will definitely be going back to them for any future car maintenance!”

“I recently got new tires and brakes with this location. I had never used Tire Discounters before, but they made me a return customer. I was very impressed with David. They were short staffed the day I was in, and he was a rock star. He not only took care of the steady stream of customers coming through the door, but also went to the garage to help keep things moving when he could. He ended up putting my new rotors and brake pads on himself so that I could still get my car same day. He also worked with me on the price, matching a competitor's price on my tires and installation. Not to mention I received a free alignment and free oil change with my services. Very pleased, I will be back! :)”

“If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely amazing! They are understandingly and truly care about their customers. They would do whatever they can to help and they are HONEST. They are not here to just take your money. Their work they do on your vehicle is quality work and done right! The last time i used them they fixed the problem and i havent had issues with that problem they fixed. I am now coming back to them with a different problem and they are guiding me through what direction to take to save as much money as possible. Truly i can not recommend them more. This is a good place with good people. I had my car in last week for a blown tire and they got my car ready that day. I spent more than I expected due to needing brakes and rotors and saw that the road hazard warranty was declined. I reached out to Goodyear and Jason got back to me and said they put the road hazard warranty on the tire. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that I’m covered if that tire goes. I initially got a little upset because I had to borrow money to pay for the work. But it was nothing intentional it was just an accident and Goodyear took care of it. Thanks, to Goodyear and Jason.”

“Always friendly people and usually quick service. They don't try to upsale you items you don't need like other places. Regular customers keep coming back, which shows integrity. There does seem to be a parking issue, so maybe you could have employees park somewhere else to free up room for customers in the cramped parking lot. And PLEASE tell your service techs to STOP altering automatic headlight switches on customer vehicles! They have no right touching them! WE Keep them set to OUR specifications for a reason. “I bought my first set of brand new tires from them last February (2024). Ive come back for my tire rotation and balance when I hit the suggested miles. Every time I come to this location the staff are professional, quick and friendly. Today I came in for my normal rotate and balance, and received the best customer service, which is hard to find in 2025. Apparently last time one of my lug nuts was accidentally cross threaded and snapped my stud on the tires. Since I only come here for tire maintenance it had to have happened here, but accidents happen. They immediately came and told me, showed me the lug nut and provided me with a paper to go get it fixed. Impeccable customer service with a great staff! I will always come back to this place for any tires needs!”
