“Wow can't say enough about Grissom's, called about mounting and balancing 4 tires and they got me in next morning. They didn't use sticky weights for balance either which I believe to be better because those sticky weights tend to fall off. Very reasonably priced, great customer service and I do recommend this shop”

“Prompt & friendly from start to finish. I have an F350 diesel and, while visiting Louisville, one of my batteries went bad. There are 2 batteries in my truck. Driver was able to boost my good one and jump the bad one. It took a couple of tries. He kept at it until he got me started so I wouldn't have to get an Uber to the store for a new battery. “I was driving along the interstate in the pouring rain and suddenly the car in front of me came to a complete stop. I had to swerve to avoid them and drove down a steep ditch and came to a stop beneath some brush. I was stuck in the mud. I called suburban towing and they came pretty quickly and sent a wonderful driver named James.. He was so patient and knowledgeable about how to get me back on the road again.
