Youre better off living in a box under the bridge. This place got roaches and the staff rude. All the 5 star reviews are fake. They pay people/give prizes to those that give good reviews

Tenants tend to allow their dogs to use the carpeted hallways as their bathroom and not clean up after them. Parking is difficult at best.
