“Everything about the property is awesome! My family recently moved into Kendal on Taylorsville while in transition of selling and building a new home. The entire staff is top notch! Office staff (always planning the best community events) and maintenance crew are the most responsive and friendly group of guys ever! Today our new maintenance team member Lionell came and fixed my dishwasher that I needed so much! He was kind, and based on his experience knew exactly what to look for. Very proud to be a resident of this community!”

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine assistance. The staff took the time to understand my needs and preferences.Throughout my time here, I've been consistently impressed with the level of attentiveness, quick response times, and overall awesomeness of the staff. “My group had a great time. We had a meeting space in Henry Clay room for 3 days with a total of approximately 50 people. Everyone from the hotel staff, meeting room staff, and front desk were extremely nice and accommodating.Walkability: Walking distance to the locations that were set up for our dinners in the evening.”

I have had to call a few times but they are here quick and so far there hasn’t been anything they can’t fix. It’s is a peaceful and quiet street. I live on the Grand Ave side. Very close to downtown J-Town. We’ve actually walked it a couple times. I would recommend living here to everyone.”

“I toured Trifecta at the last minute. For student housing, i didn’t have high hopes but this place gave me a great first apartment experience. Trifecta has a TON of community events that make you feel at home, and the residents are super friendly.The dog park is a little muddy, but I think the pups prefer it that way! I’ve met a ton of people through events, and the leasing office does an awesome job with communication and making sure you’re taken care of. I wish there were more elevators, but that’s no one’s fault.For my first apartment, Trifecta blew it out of the water!photos of my pup enjoying the dog park below (her insta is @bunny_dobe) ;)”
