Great experience at the UPS Store today! I needed to fax 22 pages & I had the best luck by Joseph greeting me & sending my fax. Super nice! Very positive attitude! Knowledgeable about everything & super nice to converse with while waiting for my fax to go through. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

We had a ton of Amazon returns and were stressed about how many items we had but the cashier, Lily, reassured us that it was no big deal and that they've had a lot worse before. She was helpful, quick, and friendly. Big ups!! (pun intended 🤣)

I've been in this place a couple of times and there's a young man named Jaron who always goes out of his way to be helpful. His energy is great and he always handles customers like they are his only concern. The services offered might be a little more expensive than other places but Jaron's service level is well worth any premium.

SO MUCH MORE THAN SHIPPING! This location is capable of performing so many things for a customer. I needed notary services and printing, and the experience was flawless. Great customer service, they knew my name after only one visit. They have a way of making everyone feel welcome in the store and they move through tons of customers quickly.
