Overnight package with next day AM delivery on a time sensitive matter ❗️ and package got lost in Louisville center. No help from customer service all may calls keep saying its the store that I dropped off problem and the store isn't any help. Now I've lost the sell and cost me 57000 dollars thanks to ups. I will never use ups and I've never been treated this poorly from FedEx. I recommend never dealing with ups.

100 lbs package with smart oven magically disappeared at the Louisville center. After numerous inquiries, they won't go look for it and deem the package lost. The stovetop labeled as fragile - arrived shuttered. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable.

I have a LIVE jumping spider trapped at this facility for two days. Mind you this is two day air. I am so unbelievably frustrated that this facility saw “live animal” written on the box and decided not to take care of it in a way that was appropriate. I know at this point she is probably dead. I am literally crying right now because I feel horrible. I’ve ordered three spiders in the past through USPS and they all made it safely to my door in good, happy condition. Honestly I hope one of your workers stole her and is taking care of her. I am truly devastated.

Unbelievable experience to try to reroute my package that was not delivered as ordered and paid for this a.m. Due to airplane technical issues. no way to get a US Representative to talk to, spoke to about 20 UPS representative that were not able to help and still no solution and I don't know where willy package go!

My medication was inadvertently rerouted here by UPS Secaucus. UPS Customer Service absolutely could not get the station manager to pick up the phone nor reply to emails here to get the package expedited back to NJ. After numerous messages and emails, UPS Kentucky did absolutely nothing about it. Now I’m scrambling to find a solution during the holiday. Missing a delivery date on a Christmas gift is one thing. Going radio silent and doing absolutely nothing about a medication delay is another.Edit: No resolution provided after contacting UPS through social media as suggested here. I’m still without my medication through the holiday and UPS couldn’t care less.

Don’t work here they treat you like trash. I knew from the beginning I didn’t like the way they were mistreating my S/O. Everything I was saying he kept telling me they are just strict because he thought it was truly a good job. Previously being a driver for another company for years he never had trouble once. As he made excuses for the nit picking behavior it just got worse. I really didn’t like them for the way they gave him a hard time constantly. I told him after UPS got the big raise they would be on a firing spree because of budgeting. And I was absolutely right. He along with multiple others were let go over petty minor “mistakes”. I told him to leave them a long time ago as I felt he wasn’t being respected.So thank you UPS for valuing your loyal employees. With him losing his job I have now been working every night 12s just to get by with two small children and can’t even afford proper groceries in the house after paying 1800 in rent plus bills.My advice the toxic workEnvironment is not worth it.

No one responses after multiple attempts worst ivr inspite of repeating the tracking nos couple of times it says can’t understand and cannot transfer till they have the no. Trying to track my 2 packages and it’s been almost more then 1 n half month

customer care lady kept asking for tracking number keep providing it then she saying she cant connect me to someone cuz she cant understand... almost 3 hours of that

Someone from the Louisville distribution center has most likely stolen my package. How do I know? Because it was supposed to arrive today (June 13th) and tracking is still showing that it never left Louisville as of June 11th despite 2-day air shipping. Then someone tried to access my Microsoft account yesterday which is tied to the email address that would have been on the packing slip. Given the timing of the unauthorized access coinciding with the package never leaving the Louisville distribution center, I have strong reasons to believe it’s been stolen by a worker. I hope I’m wrong, but any assistance UPS can provide would be appreciated.

I’m tracking my package on air tag it’s been at Luivilke airport for 4 days then now it got sent to the customer centre when it should have been in vancouver canada yesterday. This ups centre is a complete disaster
