The UPS Customer Center is a warehouse for package pickup and drop-off. Staff are described as nice, helpful, friendly, professional, and outstanding, taking time to assist customers. For pickup, ensure you have a photo ID with a matching name and follow the signs inside. The facility is open 9am-9pm for pickup and 7am-10:30pm for drop-off, though after 10:30pm same-day processing is not guaranteed. For safety, use the two designated customer parking spaces, the sidewalk, and the correct pedestrian door. Do not walk between delivery vehicles or park near the building. For drop-off with a prepaid label, place packages on the tables inside; note that Amazon packages without labels are not accepted.
