“I was trying to return an Amazon package. The Amazon site told me to go to Sephora. The person there looked at me like I had three heads and I tried Staples and that didn’t work. Then I went to UPS and they knew exactly what to do. There was a young man there who waited on me who was fantastic. I am very grateful.”

When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. “I stopped into PostalAnnex because someone had told me that you can ship your FedEx and UPS packages I had to drop off both. I was so thrilled that you can go one place for all your shipping needs. “We were in the middle of packing up when we realized we needed more boxes and paper. We ordered supplies online, and when we got to the pickup location we found that the staff is super helpful and friendly. We also saw some additional products (moving blankets) that we were able to purchase on the spot. When looking at moving products for consumers, we found that big box stores and truck rental companies only offer smaller quantities for much higher prices. New Haven offers all of the moving supplies a regular person might need in quantities that make sense for regular people and at prices that are a great value. We just retired from active duty military service and I will recommend New Haven Moving Equipment to all of my military friends who have to make a PCS or retirement move.”

“Occasionally, they’re very long lines at this location. However, the lady that works the desk makes everything worth it. The customer service and friendliness she offers is what keeps me coming back. There is one coworker of hers there that is extremely rude and so I always try to interact with the lady there. I hope her supervisor will see this and know that she does an extraordinary job day after day.”

“There are only three dock doors that Shipper's uses. You might run into a wait at certain times of the day. Staff is nice. There is a bathroom for drivers inside the driver door and down the hall from the freight desk.”

“I wanted to go to the closest ups from where I live and it gave me a place on 8001 crittenden dr. That is in fact an ups building but it does not deal with the residents of this city. So don’t take your packages here. 4243 Preston wasn’t going to open till 12 pm so I went to3044 Bardstown rd . I was in and out in no time at all.”
“It's a nice place, Customer service was good didn't have the ability to scan a barcode from my phone To generate a Barcode for my package But if you can send him the barcode from your phone in the form of an email he can generate a barcode for your package.”
“Clean, busy facility. Good signage & directional driving/parking signs. Generous parking lot Employees were friendly & cordial. They were out of many boxes & labels BUT it was late in the day. I'm sure items are restocked daily.”
