“1st time here it was great got confused on where is the truck entrance so here is some details information for truck entrance, when you turn right at stop light on crittenden drive keep going straight on crittenden drive road all around the curve look to the right you will see a brown sign saying 8001 truck entrance turn their and go all the way to security booth , security will ask you to turn off your truck they will take your bols call it in to dispatch and they will tell you to drop your trailer in lot number #4, all empty trailers will be on the fence side if you picking up a empty! Their is a Pilot at exit #121 just 8 miles away. Safe driving my fellow truck drivers!!”

“There is a young man by the name of Noah who is always so friendly when I come in this store. During Christmas i witness him take on a group of us customers and also helped a man carry in something extremely heavy that he was having sent off. He is always so kind and polite. I’m in here today and only see him at the front desk working i think He help had to handle something in back but He is still so patient and smiling even though there is a group of people in here in line waiting. He definitely needs to be recognized for his excellent service this is every time i come In here. I witness Him helping multiple people at the same time. You all have a great worker. The other man just came back from having to do something in the back name Austin and helped get the line down. “I am an events specialist for a national non-profit organization. My organization used this UPS Store for shipping and receiving of packages while attending a major conference at the Galt House Hotel.Denise was our main point of contact at this UPS Store. Because I usually go through some (sometimes extensive) pre-payment authorization of service charges to help my busy on-site co-workers, I worked closely with Denise to handle our inbound packages before my co-workers arrived, delivery of the packages to our conference exhibit once the staff arrived, and our outbound shipments after the event concluded.Denise was very helpful and up-front about any issues that arose during our experience at the conference, and she made herself readily available to help us, even offering to communicate with me about any questions I had over the weekend preceding the conference. She was incredibly courteous and helpful to me and my on-site event staff. She made our experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. “Let me start by saying I have never stepped foot in this store, but I had just completed an emergency trip to Louisville to discover that I had left something behind in my rental car. A call to the rental car company (Avis) got me very little help with a resolution to the problem. Once I thought I had a plan and reached out to this UPS Store for assistance, Anthony Karsner listened to my delima and the possible solution and suggested that I should let him handle the issue totally vs involving several parties to get my item back to me. I agreed and within days I received my item. I can't say enough about how he took on the issue and resolved it by himself when no one else even attempted to. This kind of service is long gone at too many businesses these days, I hate to say that as a former employee of Avis, this is something that would have been corrected vs to bad so sad. If you call Avis and go through the automation recording and select Lost and Found the transfer to an agent never gets completed.”

“We had a Lifetime playset delivered to the house this last Thursday. Knowing it was coming, and that we were on a small, dead-end street, my wife called a few days early to make sure they knew the situation. They had a teleconference with their driver to determine the best method of delivery, and set a window for their first availability. That driver managed to get a 28' truck down a narrow, dead-end street and backed it perfectly to the side of the curb right next to our driveway. Then, because of the size of the pallet, proceeded to unpack all 8 boxes (800lbs total) from the pallet to lower them individually and RE-pack all 8 boxes onto the pallet once they were on ground level. At this point, honestly, I was expecting him to dump the pallet at the base of our driveway and drive off like other freight drivers have done in the past. Instead, that man used a pallet jack to pull 800lbs of playset up my inclined, 1/8 mile long driveway (at least until my wife and I realized and ran down to help). It's been a while since I've seen a freight driver show this much professionalism and courtesy.”

I worked directly with Scott, the owner, and he was nothing but helpful and courteous through the entire shipping process. He received the items from the auction late in the day, and called me as soon as they arrived, and worked with me to get the items out same-day!
