Went here around 11am 9/22/25 to return Spectrum equipment. The girls there(one white and one black) were very slow. i was the only one there, the black girl was(sneaking) stuffing what looked like chicken nuggets in her mouth like she had never ate before. The white girl went to the back of the store. 20 minutes later i got the receipt, there were 5 people in line behind me. these girls were slow as slugs.

Booooo. My 80 yr old mother took her package to return. She accidentally had it at another location. Very rude, dark curly hair, lady snapped. Co worker came up to ask if they could change it. Nope. Nothing she could do. NEXT! No. Won't go back. Used to ship all my Xmas presents here...no way. Owners must be proud. Frickin rude.

I went to this UPS store last Monday for a finger printing as this store is one of the operator for Certifix Livescan. Eli, whom I assume is the owner helped me but not patient enough to assist me till the end which is to accomplish my purpose of finishing my finger printing successfully. He let me leave the store even when the machine has not successfully accepted my finger prints and just say, “ We’ll see if they will accept it.” I was disappointed to be asked to leave but I see where he is coming from; there were other things to do in the store and other customers are coming.
When I checked my e-mail, my fingerprints result were declined as I expected it and so went back the next day which was Tuesday. Eli was not there, the employees said tomorrow morning he will be here, he is the only one that can help you. I came back this morning, Eli was not there but there was this heavy set bearded employee who assisted me but assisted me coldly. This staff member doesn’t greet you, has flat affect, and when I asked him questions, threw back the question at me and just said, “ Read the instructions.” Very uninvolved and uncaring. No loving warmth, understanding and empathy to a customer that upon entering the store, already expressed her frustration and feeling of disappointment about her finger printing result from last Monday with Mr. Eli. This guy has no customer service training skills at all neither training from the employer or perhaps the mentality is there is no needs for training, we deal with inanimate objects anyway, boxes and mails don’t have feeling and they don’t make reviews orally or electronically and this finger printing, it doesn’t make multimillion dollar revenues anyways.
When I left the store going to the parking lot, an old lady came next to me who was just in line to drop a package and said, “ “They used to be good.” Referring to the UPS store.

The big guy with the black hair & beard is very rude. I said how you doing when I approached the counter. He didn't respond. He scanned the QR code, handed me the label. I said Thank you again he didn't say anything

The manager locked the door as I was approaching the door and refused to tell me the next closest location. I was on the phone with an employee.

This location is never open the hours they listed. Counted 8 people trying to drop off packages here when they were supposed to be open. Guess it’s nice to be able to pick your own hours.

This store has a very rude man at this store. He's bearded tall dark and is not helpfully and nasty Twice I have returned something and he's just nasty to customers. He needs to be fired. Please if anyone else has trouble turn him in

Be careful with these people. It's a ripoff.
If you are missing a little bit of tape they will charge you for for and they don't even give you a receipt, very bad customer service i wouldn't recommend them if you can go somewhere elsewhere do so it will be worth it 😉
